Service Description
A licensed massage therapist will start with a gait assessment looking at your posture, range of motion and overall body alignment. The therapist will concentrate on any areas of your body that are overworked from aggressive and repetitive movements. Techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and kinetic massage are used. A Sports massage with a therapeutic approach will promote healing, prevent injuries and improve flexibility aiding in a quicker recovery time and an increased performance.
