What is sound Healing?
- Every BODY carries with them their own unique frequency made of light energy and brainwaves. Sound "Healing helps us by stimulating the body to rediscover it's own harmonic frequency. The powerful vibrations stimulated by singing bowls reconfigure our inner chaos, stress and conflict into a sense of calm that resonates with every cell within our body and mind.

Reiki Level 1 with Miranda Pollnow -

​This class is for anyone who is interested in re-balancing themselves on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level. Reiki is a permanent energy medicine tool and gift that stays with you for a lifetime. In Reiki level 1 you will learn the history and application of Usui Reiki. You will learn about the Aura and chakra system, as well as how to protect and cleanse your Aura and your environment. You will practice excercises to feel and sense energy. You will experience the hands on effects of this ancient form of energy medicine. You will practice reiki hand positions as taught by Reiki Master Mikao Usui. You will recieve a Reiki attunement, this is a spiritual initiation that will assist you to open up your energy field so that you can be a channel for Reiki healing energy.
Reiki Level 2 with Miranda Pollnow

Recieve your second attunement and deepen your ability to channel energy. A Reiki level 2 attunement allows you use symbols or "keys" to strengthen the healing energy flow. You will be Introduced to 3 Reiki symbols that enhance the focus and power of your healing intentions, and you will learn distance healing. Must complete Reiki level 1 before taking this class.

Explore the world of energy healing when working with crystals. By the end of class you will feel divinely connected with your intuition when choosing, cleansing, and working with crystals for aligning and healing. Bring a clear or smokey quartz and a favorite crystal of yours! Let’s connect, heal, and play while we learn.
