Mind, Body and Soul Balancing

Service Description

A retreat for one. This session focuses on bringing balance and healing within your physical and energetic body. Your session will begin with a 90 minute total body massage focusing on your physical alignment and posture. From this place of physical alignment will begin 60 minutes of Reiki bringing balance, flow and deep relaxation. Your treatment will end with a 30 minute sound bath as you rest deeply on the table.
