Service Description
CranioSacral Therapy helps to improve the function of the central nervous system. Your therapist will use gentle touch to guide and release restrictions within the soft connective tissue of the skull and musculoskeletal system. Cranial work is clinically shown to improve chronic pain, reduce migraines, improve sleep and release trauma and myofascial restrictions.
