Through community breathwork we dive into healing, clearing, energizing, transforming and self mastery. Come explore within a safe group setting any physical, emotional, mental or spiritual blocks you may be experiencing. Together with our breath, we release and embody into a healed state of self. Bring along a yoga or similar Mat, pillow and blanket. ****Donation appreciated
